Travis was brought up in Midwest America before embarking on a nine-year Navy career that allowed him to travel the world and learn about life. He has ping-ponged across oceans moving from mainland United States to Hawaii, to Scotland, to Seattle, to England, to Minnesota, back to England, and back to Minnesota where he currently resides ... for now

He writes easy-reading, light-hearted fiction and true stories about his own experiences that even the best fiction writer couldn't make up. Relax by the beach or curl up on the couch on a rainy day while Travis takes you on fun-filled adventures that let you forget about life for a while and have a laugh.

I am a writer from the Cuyuna Range/Brainerd Lakes area. I have been involved in the publication of two poetry anthologies and one book of poetry. My own, Tumbled Dry.” I have also written several magazine articles for regional magazines and often included my own photography with these manuscripts. I judge poetry for state and national contests.

Beverly Hamilton Abear grew up in Cloquet and Deerwood, Minnesota. After teaching English for nearly 30 years, she retired and was inspired to write novels for young teens and middle grade readers. She now has three books nearing completion in the Amazing Amanda series. She is married and living in Central Minnesota.

She is a long-time member of the Lakes Area Writer’s Alliance and Heartland Poets.

Science Fiction, Horror, Psychological Thrillers

Joe Prosit writes sci-fi, horror, and psycho fiction. His novels include Bad Brains, 99 Town, 7 Androids, Zero City, and most recently Look What You Made Me Do, a psychological slasher horror. Fantasy Author

At the age of 51, I decided to become a writer when for most of my life my imagination could come up with far off worlds and characters. With encouragement from my fiance and my family, I took a class on how to write a novel from an author that has made a name for herself (Carissa Andrews, you might know). I kinda figured she knew what she was talking about. She taught me the lay of the land on how to become an author.

My fiance is my rock. She believes in me when I don't. She is my everything.

I write fantasy books.
